Welcome to FileCheckout. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Description
FileCheckout is a platform that allows freelancers to deliver digital files to clients through protected links, storage windows, and Stripe-powered checkout. We facilitate this process but are not a party to the agreement between you and your clients.
3. Payments and Fees
FileCheckout uses Stripe to process client payments directly to the freelancer. FileCheckout charges freelancers separately according to the selected plan: Free includes 3 deliveries per month with 7-day storage, pay-as-you-go is charged per delivery with 15-day storage, and Pro includes recurring subscription billing with up to 30-day storage. Standard Stripe processing fees may also apply to payments handled by Stripe.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you upload and deliver using FileCheckout. You must not use our service to deliver illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing material.
5. Disclaimers
Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for client payment disputes, chargebacks, or issues arising from the files delivered.
